I am a "flexitarian" myself, having been a vegetarian for 10+ yrs and then adding a bit of meat in now when I am a guest at someone's house for example. My daughter ( 14) was born to vegetarian parents and when we added meat again - she didn't so she has no "meat" interest or palate. So many people give me recipes with "fake meat" substitutes, but if you never ATE ground beef, soya ground beef is not interesting! Looking forward to getting some good recipe ideas here!
