MEAL: Margarita Pizza on Lavash Bread

If you’re watching your carbs this is a great Pizza to try. It’s made with healthy whole wheat lavash bread that makes a very tasty crust.

What you need:
Clay Oven Baked Whole Wheat Lavash Bread (Trader Joes)
Pizza Sauce
Fresh Basil
Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
Heat oven to 400 degrees. If you have a stone baking dish, begin by heating it in the oven, otherwise a cookie sheet works just fine.

Place the whole wheat lavash bread on the hot stone baking dish.

Add sauce, basil, mozzarella cheese.


Place in oven for 10minutes or until cheese begin to turn slightly brown. Cut in fours and enjoy.
